Terms and Conditions of Use:
  1. It is the responsibility of the client to keep his/her username and password confidential.

  2. Internet Uncapped does not take responsibility for any e-mail addresses hosted by other Internet Service Providers.

  3. Monthly subscriptions are to be received in our bank account by no later than the 1st of each month to avoid service disconnection and reconnection fees. All accounts not paid will be automatically disconnected by our system and only reconnected on payment of outstanding fees as well as a R100.00 reconnection fee.

  4. Equipment is purchased on your behalf and carries a three month guarantee. Equipment payment is due on installation.

  5. One calendar month’s written notice is required in order to terminate the contract by either party.

  6. We supply a free support service. Contact us on the IT office-line or e-mail us on help@iuncapped.co.za . Should the problem be unrelated to services offered by Internet Uncapped (providing Broadband and e-mail), a call out charge will be implemented.

  7. I/we indemnify Internet Uncapped against any damage, loss, claims or cost that may result from work being done in connection with the service being rendered and/or the removal of the service.

  8. Although everything possible is done to ensure uninterrupted service, Internet Uncapped cannot be held responsible for disruptions beyond our control.

  9. I understand that the services rendered by Internet Uncapped will be subject to changes in conditions of use, as amended from time to time.

  10. Clients are responsible for maintaining the “line-of-site” between their receiver and the I-Uncapped tower.

  11. It is the responsibility of the client to report any faults on their connection.

  12. A certified copy of your ID Book has to be provided on installation.

  13. All Invoices are due for payment (Subscriptions, Extra Gigs and Job Cards) on receipt of invoice. Payments to be made by EFT, no cheques will be accepted, should you wish to pay by cash please make payment at our Howick Office.

  14. Monthly subscriptions may be adjusted; on condition we receive written requests sent to iuncapped@iuncapped.co.za ten days prior to month end.
